Join beloved community cookery teachers Hannah and Sharon for this free, hands-on class series focused on cooking for diabetes supported by the NHS. Over the course of 6 weeks you will learn to replace salt, sugar and processed foods with nutritious alternatives. Gain the confidence to create budget-friendly meals that support type 2 diabetes management and overall health!

About Our Teachers
Hannah Walker Hannah is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people to optimise both their health and happiness though good food. Currently specialising as a paediatric dietitian, she has always loved working with children and families and has been involved helping to lead several events for youngsters for Made in Hackney.
Sharon Gardner Sharon is not only a skilled teacher but also a naturopath, nutritionist, and Pilates instructor. Her classes bring together her deep knowledge of health and wellness with her passion for nutritious, plant-based food. This is a great opportunity to learn how to create diabetes-friendly meals that are tasty and nourishing. And don’t miss Sharon’s favorite part—sampling all the delicious dishes together at the end of each class!
